There are two types of brain tumors.
1. Metastatic
2. Primary
The non-cancerous brain tumors are also dangerous but less aggressive as they tend to stay in one place only.
Metastatic brain tumor or secondary brain cancer occurs when cancer cells attack the brain travelling from other parts of the body such as the skin, breasts, kidneys, lungs, and colon. Metastatic brain tumor usually occurs in the cerebral cortex, the brain stem, or the cerebellum. At times, the doctors are not able to trace the origin of the metastasis.
The symptoms mentioned above do not confirm the presence of the tumor.
A Primary brain tumor occurs in the brain, and it can be malignant or benign.
Only the analysis of symptoms does not help in diagnosis.
